Delivery process
We deliver within Canada and to the U.S. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. During the holidays when order volume is elevated, processing times will be delayed.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for any customs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Returns and Exchanges
All Canadian orders can be returned within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your package.
Items must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed) and in its original packaging to be considered for return.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All the returns are done at the customer's expense. To initiate a return, please send a request to info@orthopuzzle.ca
We do not offer price adjustments.
If you believe that you have a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@orthopuzzle.ca so that we can assist you more efficiently.
All U.S. orders are final sale.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, just simply place a new order.
Care instructions
Wash the product with warm water (27 ± 5) °С as it gets dirty, using mild detergents or baby soap, and wipe dry with a tissue.
Dry away from heating devices.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Before the first use, it is recommended to wash with warm water and baby soap to remove technological residues.
